This flag football competition honors John Turner, a beloved youth football coach who was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease nine and a half years ago. A true leader in the community known for instilling values of dedication, toughness, and courage, Coach Turner has made a lasting impact on countless lives, and his example of bravery and character continues to echo on and off the field.
