Connor Swan

Senior Manager, Heroes Program

Connor joined Cure Alzheimer’s Fund in July 2016 after earning a B.A. in History and Political Science from Westfield State University, where he graduated with honors.  While attending college, Connor worked as a Community Service Coordinator for the University, coordinating events and connecting students with opportunities to give back to the local community.  He earned his M.B.A. in 2022 from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

In his role at Cure Alzheimer’s Fund, Connor works as part of the fundraising team and manages the CureAlz Heroes Program, which supports third-party fundraisers in their efforts to raise funds and awareness for CureAlz.
