Vice President, Human Resources
Monica joined Cure Alzheimer’s Fund in 2023. She brings nearly 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience to her role, supporting employees and leadership in small- to mid-size companies.
Before joining CureAlz, Monica helped build internal HR departments at consulting companies in the life sciences and financial service sectors in Greater Boston. Prior to this, she worked for several local nonprofits in both the green building industry and in the field of youth development/child advocacy. Monica is a board member of the Mass State Council for SHRM (the Society for Human Resource Management) and holds HR certification through SHRM and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
Monica and her husband enjoy being stewards of their adopted town of Sharon, MA, frequently hiking the trails in the local state parks, biking the scenic roads and volunteering with community-based organizations that promote environmental sustainability and fellowship.
