Naydell Swafford, age 85 of Tullahoma, Tennessee, died January 3, 2024, at Canterfield of Franklin in Brentwood, Tennessee.
She was born in New Market, Alabama, the daughter of the late Gordon Swafford and the late Lalma Sanders Swafford. Naydell was preceded in death by her son, Randal Coble. She is survived by two daughters Ellen Coble Flaming of Knoxville, Tennessee and Frankie Dale Hise of Franklin, Tennessee; sisters Sadie Inger Duncan of Austin, TX, Billie Joyce Tomlin of Winchester, TN, and brothers Clinton Hayden Swafford of Winchester, TN and Gary Kenneth Swafford of Owens Cross Roads, AL; and grandchildren, Leslie (Bush) Scheer and Ashley Belcher and Blake Hise and Matthew Hise; great grandchildren Garrett Scheer, Alexis Scheer, and Elle May Scheer.
A Memorial Service was conducted Friday, Feb. 2, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at Marble Plains Baptist Church, 285 Marble Plains Road, Winchester, TN, officiated by Reverend Roger Parks. Music provided by Inger Faye Olivo. Gary Swafford read the 23rd Psalm at the graveside at the Marble Plains Cemetery.
