Evaluation of Sleep-EEG in Transgenic Mice

2017

PsychoGenics will carry out EEG readings of sleeping and awake ACE1 transgenic mice containing genetic variants identified by Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) for their impact on Alzheimer’s disease risk. This research is being conducted in conjunction with Robert Vassar, Ph.D.’s project “Molecular and Cellular Mechanisms of ACE1 Variant in Alzheimer’s Disease.”
