SHE SPARKLED!
She was quick to jump on the dance floor or join the grandchildren in a game of hide and seek. She had a special toy closet for children and endless snacks. Carol’s kitchen was a place of lively conversation, good food, and she always had a warm smile and hearty laugh to brighten everyone’s day.
Carol’s noble fight remained private from many of the people closest to her. Our family’s desire is to spare others from the relentless burden of Alzheimer’s disease. In this spirit and in her honor, we have made a pledge to support the world’s leading scientific research institutions, including Massachusetts General Hospital. The Carol Grace Weissman Fund has been established through a gift to Cure Alzheimer’s Fund. so that patients, caregivers, families, and friends will not experience this insidious disease.
