Larry A. Prince

Larry Prince, 80, passed away peacefully at Akron Summa Hospital on October 1, 2022, with his wife of 30 years by his side.  He was born to the late Albert Prince and Myrtle (Horn) Bowers in Cleveland on June 5, 1942.  Larry graduated from Euclid High School in 1960 and Ohio University with a degree in Mathematics in 1966.  He retired in 2008 after 42 years at Goodyear Aerospace / Loral / Lockheed Martin.

Larry was an avid skier as a member of the Goodyear Ski Club.  He liked dining out, playing cards, golfing, and traveling – especially where he could sit and nap in the sun.  Above all else, Larry was a devoted Buckeye football fan.  Larry and Brenda held season tickets for 30 years, attending nearly every home game in Ohio Stadium.  They often traveled to away games and bowl games as well.  His most prized possession was his Buckeye necklace.

Go Bucks! O-H!
