Senior Vice President, Major Gifts
Over the last 30 years, John has built an outstanding record of accomplishment developing and executing fundraising and business development programs that get results. After an 18 year career with NESN, the cable network of the Boston Red Sox and Bruins, where he served as Vice President of Marketing Communications and VP New Business Development, John launched and managed a marketing agency, which represented clients like National Grid and Miller Brewing Company. In 2005, John began to redirect his career to support meaningful non-profits. Over the last 10 years, he has served in senior marketing and fundraising roles with organizations like Nashawtuc Charities, Shriners Hospitals for Children and Big Brothers Big Sisters. The mission of Cure Alzheimer’s Fund is especially critical to John and his family, as his late father-in-law was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s and lived with the disease for 15 years.
John is a graduate of Boston College. He and his wife Patty have two grown children, Kate and Jack.
