Morgan Middleton (she/her) is a singer-actress, producer and writer. Her passion is bringing underrepresented people into focus and showcasing them in their best light. In 2017, she received a grant from The Boston Foundation to produce and direct an original one-woman show designed to highlight the power of music as a treatment for Alzheimer’s disease.
Through her company, Morganacity, Morgan and her team are creating films to increase representation in the arts. “The Stories of Us” is about changing the classical music conversation from its perceived elitism to one of inclusivity. The first film in the series is “Erlkönig.” Morganacity is currently producing a short film, “The Humming Chorus,” which will be the journey of a couple facing Alzheimer’s disease.
