Dolores A. Adams, age 87 of Findlay, passed away at 6:20 a.m. on Monday, May 25, 2020 at the Riverview Health Care Campus in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Dolores was born on December 20, 1932 in Columbus, Ohio to the late William and Mary (Altman) Crofoot.
On April 19, 1957 Dolores married Carl E. Adams and he preceded her in death on February 12, 2007. Dolores is survived by her children, Timothy (Deborah) Adams of Dunedin, Florida and Elizabeth (Thomas) Rex of Port Clinton, Ohio; two grandchildren: Ryan (Meredith) Glazener and Nicholas Glazener; five step-grandchildren: Angel Thomas, Steven Guy, Aaron Rex, Adam Rex and Peter Rex; one great grandson, Jack Glazener; and nine step-great grandchildren.
Dolores was a registered nurse at Blanchard Valley Hospital where she retired in 1995. She enjoyed golfing in her retirement, as well as collecting Longaberger baskets. She was also a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Findlay.
Family visitation before the service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2020 at KIRKPATRICK-BEHNKE FUNERAL HOME, 500 Lima Ave Findlay, Ohio.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church; 617 West Main Cross Street in Findlay. All friends and family are invited to attend. Social distancing will be observed. Burial will follow in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery.
