Shelia Ann (Welden) Kelly passed in the afternoon of Sunday, July 25th, 2021. She was born in Kansas on November 3, 1946. She was blessed to have many of her family and friends visit her in the days and weeks prior to her passing. May the early memories you shared with her shine brighter, be clearer, and bring you comfort and peace.
