Christine Villas-Boas

Christine Villas-Boas is the President and Treasurer of the Michel and Claire Gudefin Family Foundation. Both of her sons, Antonio, and Alex are Foundation Trustees. Cure Alzheimer’s Fund is amongst the largest recipients of the foundation.

Christine grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut and attended Connecticut College. She joined Chase Manhattan Bank in 1974 where she worked in US Corporate Banking, and in International Capital Markets in New York, Paris, and London. After leaving Chase she worked as a consultant in credit and corporate finance training. She also serves on the board of the Learn2Earn Charitable Foundation in Naples, Florida, where she lives. Christine’s parents, Michel and Claire, were both originally from Paris. Her father passed away in 2004 from cancer. Claire passed away from Alzheimer’s in 2015 at the age of ninety-five. Several other family members have succumbed to this devastating disease. Christine and the Family Foundation are deeply committed to the Cure Alzheimer’s Fund in its quest to find a cure for this terrible disease.

In 2021, Christine became a Trustee and joined the Board of Directors in 2025.
