Adding Genomics and Methylomics to Personalized Disease Prediction for Alzheimer’s Disease (EPIC4AD)

This supplement to the original EPIC4AD plasma proteomics predictive biomarkers project will enable full genotyping of the cohort for genetic data and, for a subset of the cohort, DNA methylation profiling for epigenetic data. The resulting combination of proteomics, genetics, epigenetics, clinical profile and lifestyle information will provide a rich and multifactorial profile from which to derive patterns predictive of future clinical outcome.
