For the past nine years, the Quincy, MA Firefighters Association Local 792 has come together to raise money for Alzheimer’s research—a cause that holds personal significance for many of its members, including retired Lieutenant Blight. It all began in February 2016, when they hosted their first fundraiser at O’Lindy’s Bowling in Quincy, bringing together firefighters, families, and friends for an evening of fun and friendly competition. That first event raised $6,000, and the tradition has continued every February since. Through their dedication, Local 792 has raised nearly $50,000 to support Alzheimer’s research.
Thank you to the entire team for their commitment to making a difference!
